1. Institutional commitment
PMO Gestão maintains a permanent commitment to ethics, integrity, transparency and the fight against fraud, corruption and money laundering.
The Compliance Program guides mechanisms for preventing, detecting and correcting conduct inconsistent with the company’s expected standards.
2. Program objectives
Continuously seek adherence to laws, regulations and internal standards.
Provide visibility and facilitate compliance management through monitoring, preventive actions and support for the company’s strategy.
Strengthen corporate identity, reputation and the culture of ethics and compliance internally and externally.
3. Conceptual basis
The program is based on values, management beliefs and the Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.
The structure is organized into Pillars, Functions and Instruments, forming the operational basis for implementation and continuous improvement.
4. Pillars
Laws and Regulations; Licenses, Authorizations and Certifications; Contracts and Agreements; External Reports; Competition and Antitrust Defense; Loss and Fraud Prevention; Anti-Corruption Prevention.
5. Functions and instruments
The functions include identification of laws and standards, critical document management, cultural integration, communication lines, monitoring and consequence management.
The instruments include the Compliance Observatory, policies and procedures, education and training, ombudsman channel, obligation monitoring and disciplinary guidance and corrective measures.
6. Governance
Sponsored by Senior Management, the Compliance Program must be independently monitored, with reporting to Executive Management and dissemination across all levels of the organization.
